    I started working with Aniko in 2017 when I was struggling with lower back problems from an old injury. Basic activities like lifting things around the house would cause pain and immobility for weeks, making any kind of exercise impossible.

    Aniko's approach focused first on building core strength to support my back. As my core developed, I naturally began losing excess weight. She then introduced high-intensity interval training, which helped improve my cardio fitness significantly - leading to my first 5K and 10K runs.

    In 2021, we moved on to a weightlifting program where I learned proper form and built muscle. When I relocated from London in 2024, we transitioned smoothly to online training. Aniko now provides personalized workout and stretching programs that continue to be effective.

    Her knowledge of rehabilitation, strength training, and overall fitness has helped me progress from having limited mobility to maintaining an active lifestyle. She adapts her training methods to individual needs and circumstances, making her an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their fitness, especially those working through physical limitations.
